Yes it is also in Mexico, San Miguel Sola de Vega is this Little Town Called. They Produce the best Coffe and Cacao Wich is the main ingredient to make Chocolate.
This Little Town is located in the midle of Oaxaca, Mex it is like 2 hours frome the Capital.
Chiapas Mexico as well, has a very top cuality of Gourmet Coffe…I haven’t been at there but I hear that They Make and Produce High Cuality of Coffe

depending on what country/state/city your in there are classes teaching people these skills, search the web and yellow pages for these. plus in some places there are shops that specilise in selling coffee machiences etc, they may be able to help you good luck

Definetly start in the coffee shop. learn the ropes so that when you do get your own shop, you don’t look like an idiot that can’t even run their own shop.
And with the chocolate thing, are you going to be making your own candies? Because then you might want to get into a pastry class at the local community college or something, because if you ask to do a stage at a chocolatier and have no experiance, they probally won’t let you even near the production area…especially if you are going to be a competitor one day.
