Does anyone have any good gourmet cookie recipes?

I am going to bake with my BFFL’S and need some good gourmet cookie
recipes.

i got this recipe from Paula Deen. It is so good.

One box of cake mix ( i use carrot cake mix)
One stick of butter
One 8 ounce pack of cream cheese
one teaspoon vanilla
One egg

mix these all together, it will be thick, roll into little balls
then roll in powdered sugar
bake for 9 minutes on 350.

It is good with Chocolate cake mix too.

I like to use White cake mix and instead of Vanilla extract i use Almond extract and then roll in powdered sugar and press an almond into each one for soft almond cookies.

  1. Yes…I can’t keep these for more than a day, everyone eats ‘em up…
go to http://www.recipezaar.com and put this number in the search window: 46292. It’s for soft gingerbread cookies. They are soooooo good.
