Gourmet Popcorn Recipes?

So I’m looking into making gourmet popcorn as gifts this Christmas.
Like the boy scouts sell.
My boyfriend went crazy this summer and for some reason bought 50lbs of popcorn kernels.
Any ideas?
I’ve found some online, but you can never we sure how good they are and few have storage and serving suggestions.

Peanut Butter Popcorn. I made it this weekend and it was wonderful. My husband thought it would be good adding chocolate chips to it, but I think is was fine the way it was. It took me about 4 days to eat it all, but it tasted fine after that time, so that would be a bonus since you’re giving it as a gift.

  1. Make Carmel Corn… I made this for a party one time, and the guests practically went nuts for it. Tastes like the stuff you buy for a couple dollars a box, except better and no chemicals. You can gift in those white coated boxes with a pretty ribbon.

    Gourmet Candied Popcorn Serves 8

1 cup unpopped pop corn (5 quarts popped)
    11/2 cups peanuts
    1 cup butter
    2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup dark brown corn syrup
1/2 teas. each: baking soda and salt and vanilla extract

Pop corn in air popper or in oil.
Placed popped corn and peanuts on large baking pans or roaster.
    Meanwhile in a separate pan:
Melt butter and stir in sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil, Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in soda, salt and vanilla.
Pour Sugar mixture over popped corn and peanuts, stir well.
Bake 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool. Store in an airtight container. Yum….
